Heard some rumors about problems with paypal and its under investigation. You can still buy it with steam if you want

This is whats telling me, and i purchase with Steam yet it still says this error message
"User 76561198078459228 not logged in (7)"

apparently there has been some sort of problem going on with those purchase.perhaps you should just wait till staff give some official notice on whats going on.
