How does one remove the ability of others to see your Current Activity and Last Activity while viewing your profile?

i'm sorry my man, but i don't believe you can remove that. one thing you can do is go to private messages, profile privacy, and turn contact info to contacts only. this won't solve your problem, but it prevents people from looking at your contact info

I assume you are talking about Invisible mode, which hides your online/current activity.
