You want to buy something that will make your computer a mac....hmmmmmmmmm, oh wait!
YOU BUY A MAC.
Nah im good.

Just i want to buy like something that would put all of my documents and computer applications and preferences into Mac form, withought cover ups,
...Or you could get linux, it's the same file system, and it's free, and it works better.

This thread is lame and fail. This OP is the reason.
Mac OSX is not an OS you can buy on a disk.

I don't think the original poster understands anything about Windows/MAC/Linux or Operating systems in general, as fistfury alluded to, so heres a run down of why this is rather silly, and what you should do.

You can't by mac as an add on to a PC, Apple keep their brand separate from PC's (windows or linux = PC), despite any hardware similarities, and they like it that way.
Snow Leopard is an upgrade for Leopard users and requires a Mac with an Intel processor.

You can't magically change the hardware of a PC into the hardware of a MAC, this job is hard, you may need different components, allot of software changes and a fair amount of pirated material, knowing apples way of restraining OSX to MAC's.

You would have to reformat your disks, whipping all of the data on them, in order to convert them to the NTFS file system. (I believe it's NTFS anyway, I forget.)

What you should do
is get windows 7 or linux, I'd recommend Fedora or Mint or Ubuntu, as far as linux goes for a first timer, in any case your reformatting your disks at a bare minimum.

Windows uses NTFS, Mac uses FAT32 afaik. I'd go with mint, also.

nope, nobody really read my post.

at the place we worked at, there are hackintoshes. to be fair, they are (hardware wise) clones of an iMac. Snow leopard runs on them via an EFI (a boot image that falsifies your hardware profile to match the expected profile for a mac)

it works

not as stable as a real mac, but it works

not really complicated, just risky

i'd post a link to the EFI, but its against forum policy (since it is, by all means piracy)
Try Windows Blinds:

Basically themes, but has some good customisation options, like close/minimise etc. buttons on the left.

Objectbar:

With the right skins, you can create a mac-like toolbar at the top of the screen.

There's a good website which worked very well for me, with finder clones, etc. but apparently now you have to complete a survey for it:

Also download iTunes etc. from apple.com
