I like it, but a spinny would be nice.

The nose looks like an upperlip. it's too flat. Also, you should try adding plated scales on his head.

I reaaaallly like your style. But I dont think that this is your best...

I take the first sentence as a compliment and dont forget Nermado this is a WIP Im going to add things, delete things and fix things

The mouth looks too flat because the tongue needs value (shading).

As basically as I can say it, the tip of the tongue should be a slightly lighter color that the back of the tongue.
