effect
i have been a martial artist for 16 years (probably why i love this game so much) i have found that playing this game has made me more aware of how and why i am moving as well as giving me new concepts to play around with in real life (obviously loosely based concepts)

in away like that except I'm not in martial arts any more. it has helped me realize some facts on momentum and movement in general.
