Opener started out as something generic that could get you some nice flow going. You shouldn't have contracted your legs so suddently, it looks really goofy.
Nothing really special on the split, you could've gone for a core, at least.
Another sudden weird move as you were setting up for the jump.
The punch was not bad, but you hurt your head while doing it, as if you didn't spend much time doing it.
The pose was ok.
I've seen some good stuff from you adam,but it looks like you haven't really tried on this one. Try to keep a solid flow instead of oscillating your speed so much. Spend more time on your hits, and if it doesn't turn out how you expect, try editing from a further frame for a better set up.
