Huh, they aren't that bad, you should work on your speed and aim (for hits) try to hit more with your foot when you kick and not with your shin and/or knee (knee hits aren't that bad tho), relaxing your ankle when you kick may help you get more than just 1 dm when you kick, and i don't know(didn't explained really good, not pretty sure if you understood at all what i said, sorry, i'm not really good explaining :S), if i remember other thing that may help i'll tell you.
