How to create a server
Well,
can someone help me?
How can I create a Tournament server, Pay to enter Tournament server, Bet server (change betframes and min bets)?

The tournament command is /knockout

By pay to enter tournament do you mean duel servers? If so, /duel *Number*

The betframes are 50 by default, you can change it with /betframes *Number*
The minbet is 100 by default, you can change it with /minbet *Number*
