SV works with all healing, so I'm sure it does.

I almost always buy it on alistar because steroid heals op

Bruh, the healing on Alistar is laughable especially for such a high mana cost ability.

Considering it's an aoe heal that hits every ally, gets it's cd reduced on any nearby enemy dying, and heals himself for a greater amount, combined with activating his passive aoe damage, while being one of the strongest tanky initiator supports in the game, it's one of the most bullshit heals in the game.

Well, I rarely ever use his heal because it costs so much.
