Would it be wise to pick this game up if my computer failed the CPU and video card portion of the test on that canirunit site?

It seems like my computer is close to the requirements, but I really have a shitty computer. I can run Diablo 2 pretty well, but Diablo 2 is also an older game. In a bit of a tight situation here, need some suggestions, etc.

D2 is 10 years old.

I have a friend who runs it below the requirements just fine. I don't know what his specs are though.

If you can contact him or something, it'd be nice to compare his computer to mine. I wouldn't be surprised if my computer could run it, I'm just assuming a lot of lag would come about.

Faint has his work cut out for him, you need to compare OS resource usage and handling too. Assuming you don't run OSX...
