Yes it is. Those two are full starter pack. They will always be a base for your deck since Martial arts packs are just a few cards that you have to implement if you want to be on same level like others martial arts masters.

Also, later, we will use PFC (personal fighting cards) that will enrich your deck even further.

Btw is this a accepted player card? (don't want to make it nice, got a set request going on right now :3)

i dq quite alot even with hampa set of cards and he got luck 4. so this depends more on my own luck then numbers

so yeah, i will use hampa set from now on.
