EDIT: finished any changes you want feel free to ask i like the scan line ideas but there one thing you all forgot the eye doesnt stand out your effects do no light source no real depth and innovative ideas i used the render 3 times each with a different effect.
Details:
colors: Dark red with black and whit shades text is green so it will stand out
text: dark crystal font outlined in black
size: 100x100 max size allowed on the forum
layers: 13
stock/render used: 3 times darkened lighten and screened
Final result:
Time taken: 5 - 10 minutes
Oh and guys bevels are a no no avatars are supposed to track your attention not pop out of the screen at you.
