What do you lose when you get infracted? Do you lose qi, tc, or what? I don't really understand

Once you get infracted, you'll be given from 0-5 points depending on the gravity of your offense and the well being of the person of infracted you. Once you reach a certain amount of active points, you'll be banned depending on how many points are active at the moment. Take note that the points must be active to be counted for a ban. Fortunately, active points expire mostly in 7-10 days depending on the person who banned you.

5 points = 1 day ban
10 points = 1 week ban
20 points = Permanent Ban

Go to your member profile page or avatar>Infractions Tab

Click your avatar, then go to the "Infractions" tab.
It should look somewhat like this:

Also, just thought i'd ask since this has been lingering for awhile in my mind, do they count towards the ban if they are still active? or do they not count anymore when they are expired?

If they are active then they contribute to your points total, if they are expired then they don't.
