I don't know if this is just a weird glitch or something, but my fps in game is going from 30k fps all the way to 100k fps and back down to 30k fps...

I usually get 60 fps ;-;

And when I watch replays, my replay is at double the speed when it says its at normal speed, and it goes regular speed when I have it at half.. wat

Try /opt fixedframerate 1

that should fix it.
