I loaded a parkour map and now the settings of it are stuck in that and I don't know how to change them back to normal.

Didn't work man, the game rules are still messed up.

Edit: I did it, I just resetted the engage position back to 0 and everything went back to normal.
Edit 2: After restarting the game the rules were back to the parkour ones, so I still have the problem

Are you playing on steam or stand-alone?

Stand-alone, but it doesn't matter anymore. I fixed it suddenly by going in torishop and restarting the game.
