I lost my warrior pack
Hello

I finished the season as platinum, and in one of the rewards was a warrior pack, which for some reason, simply disappeared, I had even activated it in game, however it disappeared from my tori and from my inventory.
-----
Oh, and one more thing, I also won a wildfire pack, and yet it did not disappear as the warrior pack.

Prizes were accidentally sent twice, 2nd ones have been sent back.

Basically looks like you just have no choice. The doubled set was sent back and in this case it was warrior set. All that aside you still got the higher worth set though.

my set warrior was not sent back, it's not in my inventory. :/

I think it was quadrupled.

For I received the wildfire, the warrior, and two set Valkyrie

Let me put it in simple terms. You were supposed to get:
1x Valkyrie
1x Random colour set


System messed up and you got two random colour sets and two valkyrie sets.

Later the duplicated sets were retracted from your account, leaving 1 random set (wildfire in this case) and 1 Valkyre.

You won't get warrior set back.
