If you are looking for the TGA files, they are in your custom folder.

Your custom folder(on steam version) can be found here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Toribash\custom

Your custom folder(non steam) can be found over here:
C:\Games\Toribash-5.12\custom

If you are looking for other textures, such as arms and legs, I recommend taking the TGAs out of the file, dropping it somewhere else and using this to convert it.

If you, for some reason, wish to turn it back into TGAs I recommend going here.
