you didn't edit anything in it... you just brightened it a bit and lowered the face.

LOOOOL... i changed the shading, lowered the eyes
it's not quite visible in the screens, but the flat is very different,, and no i didn't now brightend it up, it has almost the same colors ( some areas a bit darker and some a bit brighter ), but due to the raytracing it seems brighter,
head didn't had shadow light effects, only some dark brush areas, i added all that stuff
