Demon Horns - 8-11k
Duckbill - 13-15k
Green Hat - 30k at the market right now, but normally way less - maybe 15k
Jack-o'-lantern - idk, much
Ninja Socks - 6-8k each
Officer Cap -3k
Poker Hat - 300-500
Viking Helmet - about 8-10k, not sure

You may be getting 16k from time to time, but most of the time it's offered with 15k.
I don't buy/sell, though, so not sure if there is a lot of haggling through PM's
