so just 10 mins ago i changed my head texture (its beautiful) and when i changed and uploaded it. the whole site turned into russian! like this http://prntscr.com/grhpfu idk what happened is this a head texture bug?

scroll down to the bottom of the forums, there are 2 dropdown menus, one, or both of them, are probably set to russian now. Change them back to english and it should be fixed.
