-Get GIMP www.google.com (ishi is your god)

uploading images for others to use:
-1: just use the toribash attach files feature
-2: or use www.photobucket.com

using head textures:
-3: upload to toribash in any format (thanks to slain vet) and as long as you have the head texture item from the shop it will work.
