Your hardware is probably not compatible with shader model 2.0 which is needed to run shaders. There is not much that can be done about that, but you can try updating your drivers or buy a new graphics card.

Your graphic card may not be up to date, and can not support shaders.

Aspire it's not a drivers issue, it's a hardware issue, your mistaken.

recon5 you should consult an expert (find a local PC hardware shop) on updating your computers graphics card, they will explain what is needed, I'd recommend nothing less powerful than the Radeon HD 4650 or Nvidia 9800 GT
