How do i make my texture glow?

I already did, and i saw no results

How to make texture glow? I'm not sure I understand you. Can you provide screenshots or something else with "glowing" textures?
Also, it might be shaders. They are doing everything bright and shiney. You can turn them on in the settings.

How to give it a glowing effect on the art or making the actual body part glow?

The one like Abel's? Well, it isn't any effect or something like this. You are drawing "shades" next to the glowing part so it will look like it glows. I'm not really good at drawing, so you better wait for a good artist answer.

No all of you are wrong its the chrome parts. In 4.0 chrome parts are actually gonna work it makes your textures and joints glow Slipanc tested it but no one else can because Toast already tried and its something new for 4.0

or your talking about 512 textures?

chrome parts dont make your parts glow, they make them shine, he is talking about like a glow field comeing off the parts i belive
