This is essentially selectively punishing certain people who worked to write their own bots to make profits. It's not like there's some sort of free source code given out to people. They wrote it themselves; I personally see no reason to punish them.
There are also not that many people using bots atm.
If you have a problem with them, this isn't the solution. It's not very well thought out. Explain why they should have to register their bots. What beneficial purpose does this serve besides just punishing people who use bots because you don't like them?

well, if you paid any attention to the ban list, you'd realize that there are limitations to the market.
if exceeded you will be banned.
so i dont think that there will be any problems with multiple bots.
plus from the look of that post it doesn't look like you understand how bots work.
