You can buy avatars with USD for a certian price (don't know the price), or you could purchase ToriPrime, and then buy ForumVIP. VIP requires ToriPrime.

Toriprime lasts for a year, and is 10 US dollars.
VIP lasts 6 months and is 7 US dollars.
