everytime i go to start it on steam it say's error
and when i tried standalone it said .msvcp120.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains a error."
on steam it worked on 5.0

MSVCP120.dll seems to be a part of the 32bit MS Visual C++ 2013.
You may try to reinstall/repair Visual C++ with all it's updates or just download the file and put it in your Toribash folder.

So i Removed the Files that said they aren't meant to run on windows and Toribash works again, The Files i remove are: msvcp120.dll and msvcr120.dll

Don't delete them they may be needed later.
