Tutorial: How to make a movie
Well since everyone keeps asking me how to make movies i will post this link to a tutorial that i used a long time ago i hope it helps

Well, Fraps without the watermark costs money, but you can remove it with certain movie-making programs.

the free version lets you record up to 30 seconds each movie i think they could care less about the water mark

Alternatively, you could use POV-Ray. It's a bit more advanced than using FRAPS, you will end up with a completely different look, and won't have access to the ingame shaders, but videos rendered with POV-Ray can look pretty amazing.
