The young people of the land Toribash were an exceptionally strong bunch of kids.
Working in their mill and forge, hunting big game and sparring for fun.
There was a magnificent volcano on the horizon and a great river running through the middle of the land.
Some of the kids had built their huts on one side of the river and some on the other.

Legend told of a great and magical entity which resided within the volcano.
A desire to control this mystical being began to overcome the kids and they became as men.
Their minds were filled with power and they began to fight for dominion of the volcano.
They quickly divided into two warring clans based on which side of the river they lived.

As the battles raged on, the two clans made their way up the great volcano.
The air was filled with smoke and ash, the heat was almost unbearable.
Upon reaching the top both clans were feverish with anticipation of conquest, their grins reflected in the glowing magma.

All at once a massive pyramid, with a great eye in the center, erupted from the lava pool.
This being struck fear into the hearts of all who witnessed it raise up into the sky.
In a thunderous booming voice it called down to the clans, “Who amongst you will challenge me?”
Only one man had the bravery to stand up and reply, “I will!”
Just as he declared this, the great and powerful pyramid fired a blast of lava toward him.
His courage was less brawn than brains, for he had prepared for this moment.
Cunningly he had gathered a flask of water from the river before beginning the journey up the volcano.
Which he now used as a sort of shield by unleashing it in a spray before the glowing blast.
The lava and water came together just as it landed on his skin and formed a magnificent shell.
He had countered the attack and shown his superior skills.

The colossal pyramid closed its great eye and thought for a moment.
Next it opened the eye again and with supreme authority pronounced the newly iron coated warrior a great leader of the one true clan.
It gave him the power to choose his best fighters and coat each of them as he had himself.
After assembling his new crew, the man turned back to see that all of the unchosen had fled.
One day they would split in to many other lesser clans.
As he stood high above the river he saw an enormous iron fist rise up from the water below he declared
“The great Iron Fist is our symbol and we shall be called WAPOW!”

They have supreme power and achieved this rank by administering more death and carnage than would be polite to share here.

Guru
Widely misunderstood by the average observer.
This rank is reserved for those individuals who have been through the looking glass and brought back secrets which they alone comprehend.

Recruiter
Begins and ends the careers of our members.
He has a unique talent for spotting great skills, good sportsmanship and finding members who's personalities fit snugly into the puzzle that is WAPOW.

The Pimp
Keeping all the lil` chickens in check!

Elites
This rank is rarely held and truly coveted.
Warriors who have shown that they can rise to the very top.
They've proven that they can win the vast majority of their fights in clan wars.
Through the miracle of modern science, members in this rank have had their castration temporarily reversed.

Warlords
They have been trained for this rank since they were small children.
Often being locked alone in the dark with vicious animals or taken out into the center of the nearly frozen lake and tossed overboard by their leaders and made to swim back to shore.
The ones who survive have been given the power to start and manage clan wars.
A rank reserved for those magnificent warriors who've learned to choose battles wisely and control the clan will as necessary.

Warriors
Those members who have proven themselves ready and willing to fight and win clan wars.
These members are especially important when considering clan rank.
They have denied themselves sleep and nourishment in order to participate in the neverending clan wars marathon.
As a side note members in this rank have been castrated in order to keep them focused on their task.

Contenders
Members who have shown that they have what it takes to fight beside the Warriors.
They are strong and dedicated but still lack great proficiency in the midst of battle.
If they practice and hone their skills, they may one day achieve the title of a Warrior themselves.

Members
meh.

Recruits
Recent additions who have entered the applicant gauntlet and emerged on the other side having read and followed the basic clan rules.
They have yet to prove themselves in clan events.

AFK
Made up of those members who do not know how to or have neglected to participate fully.
These members will not remain in the clan for long.
