this is the only good opinion about ranking up and where strats are real worth:
silver1-4 = not a lot of stats, too unpredictable. you need aim because gunfights are everything
sm-gn1 = you still dont need ton of strats, please learn some game sense. aim is getting more needed, gunfights will be harder
gn2-gn3 = please learn game sense, you need them. learn smokes and flashes - they can win games. aim is pretty awesome to have, learn to either use ak/m4 or awp well, be useful
gnm-mg2 = aim required, flamers approach in numbers if you cant be useful. stay with the team. learn more smokes and flashes. aim aim aim one click aim aim aim one clickkkk
