Steam probleme!
Hi, i want buy items with steam but when i connect steam say ERROR,i try with a other account with money friend and games. And ERROR so in 2017 we can't buy anything with Steam? If toribash community speak about this probleme and find solution im sorry but im afk since 2015------1 week ago so thx.

You can't buy items with USD if you have no money, that's pretty obvious.
