not really the same thing is it...

right now there are no great wars or great anything, there is nothing for people to prove. Life is easy for most of us, we have all we need and far more, and it's not hard to get even more. Sure you could go live in some African nation with daily fights for survival, but that is just backwards, throwing everything away just for a thrill, it's not the same as having something to prove.
