Hay I talked with you ingame about your clan, here are my suggestions.
Firstly like everyone is saying, you need to go through your DSC and fix all the typos and grammar.
If you want to sound pro you should talk less about noob stuff
And more talk about your pro-ness and how awesome you are.
As for recruiting people put an age field in the application, in my experience people under the age of 13 are generally a waste of time. The just quit after a month or so.
Also when someone is joining it should be discussed by all the members.
You should also prevent people with low post counts from joining. They tend to post once and never come back. You need to be active on the forums if you want to run a clan.
You should write a short story about your clan, tell us of its origins and why you made it. If you need ideas check this out.
To get your members more active maybe host a few tourneys and add some ranks that can be achieved by winning the tourneys.
The most important thing though is that you use the forums more.
