This is my first good punch move so I share.

Here is a tut.
1.Hold all joints (Or hit "C")
2.Contract left pecs, extend right pecs
3.Raise right shoulder
4.Rotate you chest right
5.Left bend lumbar
6.Extend abs
7.Contract left knee, contract left glute
8.Hit SPACE 12 times
9.Extend right hip
10.Hit "P"

Look My Move 1. Grab left hand
2. Contract left pecs
3. Contract left elbow
4. Right rotating chest
5. Right bending lumbar

7. Extend both glutes
8. Extend left hip
9. Contract right rip
10. Contract right knee
11. Extend right pecs
12. space 1x (10 frames) 13. Extend right knee FINISHED
