What happened to that website which had a bunch of Toribash stats, like the richest players, players with highest qi, etc.?

Is the website still up, and if so what's the link?

i think it's still up, but hasn't been updated sincec like october 2018

if we're thinking about the same thing, it was a private project by a community member which is currently inactive.
