If you're really in ToriExchange, it should be in transfer items. Transfer it from your portfolio to your inventory.

Pardon my attempt to help you, then. Make sure those 20k have disappeared from your account with checking your transaction history. And it might say in the ticker that there are zero items left. There are several things that can cause this, as the ToriExchange is officially dead.

Basically a forum wise trading system that is barely working nowadays.

Also if you purchased somehting on toriexchange then yes, you should get the item.

Check your orders & make sure that it's not hovering there. Also check the toriexchange inventory because as you know the item has to be transffered to your account.
