He is saying that for every game you get you get one qi. Such as I have over 8000 qi. I have played over 8000 games. You can sell your tc and get usd out of it, but in order to sell your toricredits you need to have 500k+. Once you sell your toricredits just head over to the shop, click on view all items, then click the drop down box Misc, and hit qi. Then you have 3 options. 6$ for 1000qi, 48$ for 10000 qi, and 24 $ for 5000 qi.
Normal price of selling tc (remember you can only sell if you have 500k+ (you might be able to sell privately through pm's, but im talking about on the market threads)) is 10k per dollar. So you can get 6 dollars for 60k and get 1000 qi. Hope this helps you out. Have a good day
