The fastest way would probably be saving replays of experienced people and copying their moves. It is cheap but it is the fastest way.
The best way would be to open up singleplayer and test for joint settings which contribute to a specific move. For instance: Left rotating chest works wells with a kick with your left hip. By figuring out which joint setting contributes to which motion you are able to improvise fast and good moves.

That is not neccesarily true. It just makes your moves look more fluid.

Adding on to what nuthug said, When your copying people, don't try to copy that man nuthug himself, maybe copy someone a bit lower to start off with and then move up till you can make your own fast fluid replays.

When you get to that stage, i find relax kicks, relaxing your leg then ectending when you think its good, helps for accuracy, and sometimes speed, which leeds to power
