QI & USD Bought Items
Items on the shop w/ USD prices can be purchased and used regardless of the buyers QI?

Like, if I bought pure relax for $25 bucks, could I use it?

Just to note though, the item will still be QI restricted and it will only remain in your account for as long as you keep it. If you send it to someone you won't be able to get it back.
