I dont really understand how to sell items... My sale was closed cus I said you didnt need qi to buy it. I am stupid, what do I have to do to sell this?

The one that you are selling it to must have 500qi in order to receive it(for the neptune items). You can`t simply say that it`s no-qi and Voila...

No-qi transfers were made by administrators a while ago but now they aren`t allowed to to this anymore.

It's not that you didn't mention the qi requirement, it's that you said that it was no-qi... which is scamming.
