Firstly, great game! Brought the 3 key pack this weekend and played it with some mates at a LAN. Good fun.
I have had a good look around *using the search* and I can not find out if it is possible to change the full screen resolution. I am running an LCD that can do 1920x1280 and the default resolution of the game when fullscreen is very blocky and in a window it is damn small... Any way to increase the res and/or window size?

it is most likely hard coded into the game at the moment. It may become a feature in a future version that you can change the resolution of fullscreen and the window, but from my understanding it is currently not possible.
