When i get VIP can i just automatically get a animated avatar or do i have to buy some other thing to get it. Thanks :3

You need toriprime or VIP for an animated avatar, which you can get here. http://forum.toribash.com/tori_boosters.php

You also do not automatically get one, but you can find one and upload it in your user cp.
