Hey everyone, I just had a spar with fr0mack0fr and I wanted to post it on a thread, so I decided to just make a thread for all my spars so I never have to worry about that again. So give me critisism, anything I should've done? Anything I shouldn't have done? Anything I should never do again? Then tell me so I know.

What you're trying to do is great but your movements aren't fluid enough. You don't really convey the momentum of each hit very well so it just looks like you're flailing a bit. The advice that I always give is be more decisive. once you move, it needs to be fluid so don't just immediately change what you're doing. The only other thing I would say is learn to stay balanced and stuff.
