zhonya is pretty much core, so you can kite around ur turrets longer.
raba for the dmges and athenes for the mana probs, rest is situational... i went tanky there because i horribly lost lane and got fked in every fight... had still 550 ap and made some nice dmg while being tanky.
usually voidstaff and shit would've been better... but meh

Here's my in depth guide on heimer:
1) Get to lane early, drop 3 turrets establishing either lane dominance or bush control.
2) E> W> auto attack anyone wanting to touch your turrets
3) Enjoy having 100 more CK than anyone else > get hour glass.
4) Force a team fight by pushing a lane with your team.
5* (most important), wait for a solid initiation, hit "R", drop a super turret, land your stun if you can, and enjoy your Triple Kill + 2 assists. Please use your hourglass if they think targeting you is a good idea.
6) Win the game by capturing objectives that can't be stopped without over allocation of their team, give you and your team by having a huge farm advantage.
