There is a mod Smilies2 made that I played with him that I found fun and maybe you could alter it as your own idea, or it inspires a new one:

It was a square dojo, smaller than lenshu ring but bigger than aikido, small turn mod that had strike capabilities or grab/pin wrestling scenario, timed dq, and a rather small wall surrounding the dojo. Im almost confident you couldnt grab the wall, it was about from feet to knee in height, really fun game. You could set fracture and dm to this mod as you wished, have your striker or grab orientated mod with a dojo and the timed dq combined with that small wall really eliminates 1 hit win games. Also: the small wall provided some cool strategic element as well.
