Okay everyone, Yesterday I did a test called the beep test (Bleep test, Shuttle run ect..). Here in Australia we do from primary school up to the end of Highschool where every year we do a couple of beep tests. I just want to see how fit us Toribashians are and conduct a poll on our beeptest results. If you have done a beep test before, post your most recent result and compare it to everyone else. I am 14 and got a score of 6.11 which is fairely average. My friend got 12.10 which is above average for our age :3

What you do is
* Mark a 20m distance

* Do some warm ups

*Press play on the beep test and immediately cross to the other end before it says "Beep"

*After you get to the other side, wait till it goes "Beep" to go back to the other end.

*The beep test goes faster and faster until the beep goes faster than you can sprint

*If you don't reach the line within the beep 3 times, your out.

When I did it in my class. I didn't want to do it, so I walked, didn't make the first one.

Hah, we did this on Thursday.
I got 9.3, I'm extremely unfit atm :/
