Well I'll teach you the basics of a kick...
All you have to do is extend glutes, contract 1 hip and extend the other, then twist chest so that it moves in the direction of the kick... then all you have to do is mess around with the other parts of the body to make a kick that you like...

My opener uses the basics of the above post, but i grab and swing them into my foot. If it misses, i have an easy comeback. Basically, kick or be kicked.
