You can, but it won't be no-qi. As soon as you send it to any other account, the qi restriction is enabled again, so you can only sell it to people with more than 10k (or is it 20k?) qi.

I've seen them go 13-18k, but I'd stay on the lower spectrum if you expect a sell.
