Do this:
Do not hold all
extend glutes
space 2
hold all
contract knees
space 4
extend knees, pecs and neck
contract hips, abs and glutes
lower shoulders
space 3
extend hips
raise shoulders
space 6
contract ankles and knees
extend glutes
press "p"
