[REL] Breakdance Floor

Why this wasn't done sooner I have no idea. Basically the floor is grabbable in a VERY LARGE area.

Relative Changed Settings:
engagedistance 1337
flags 16 (No DQ, No DM, No Fracture, Grabs Enabled) For obvious reasons..

Everything else is default, you can change the engagedistance or flags if you want but be advised that the floor is a static environment object that can cause damage with enough force so changing the flags means it would be a good idea to raise dismemberthreshold and/or fracturethreshold and/or enable sumo mode. In my example replay I managed to take no point-value damage so it's safe enough imo.
Suggested changes: matchframes, maybe gravity if you like sambo.
