I've gladiator full pack with 17 items and activated it and removed from the set too but i'm not getting Full gladiator achievement... Pretty sick

You have to wait about 24 hours for it to register through and then you will receive the achievement and that applies to all other sets achievements and items achievements.

nah you don't need to keep it activated just make sure you have all 17 items in your inventory and you'll receive the achievement.
